Mattrom’s clue had me wondering if there were longer words made up only of two letter US state abbreviations. I didn’t have to look very hard to find this...

At the end it references a publication called “Chambers Back-words” which as far as I can tell no longer seems to be in print. There’s also an intriguing reference to a reverse dictionary complied by the Air Force in the 1960s.
