Could 25 ac be LIBRATORY?
If so why?
I'd be grateful for any suggestions ....VIBRATORY seems equally difficult to parse

I have put libratory only on the basis that it fits

Thank you for your prompt and helpful response. I think that has to be correct (BLAIR + TORY) but I agree that the meaning of Libratory (oscillating?) is difficult to connect to the clue.

A libratory is a library in a lavatory... the 'crapper stocked with shiterature'.
