Looks like a triple definition.
Walked out with = dated.
Old = dated.
Saw = dated. ?

Odd one if that's right rusty, because 2 of the definitions are basically the same. I was struggling to justify the "saw" bit too.

I am not completely convinced either, Chris.
But, I can't see anything else.

This is from Times 25,516, the "Times for the Times" blogger said:

24 DATED - triple def. though it took me a long while to realise that the "saw" bit was exactly the same as the "walked out with", broken up by the "old".

I think the clue is pretty dated, too, Buddy!
Be a few years old, I think.
