Hi all. I do the guardian prize crossword every week and find this forum very helpful. I enjoyed this weekend’s - Casanova actually made me laugh! I just wanted to share something with fellow crossword solvers - I came across the crossword my mum was doing when she died 13 years ago at the age of 78. I had kept it and stuffed away - anyway it was a guardian prize and an Araucaria! I decided to finish it... it was really difficult and contained the word querimony which I have never heard of! Luckily she’d got that one. Anyway it was just one of those moments - she taught me how to solve cryptics and here I am.
