Thank you for the 24 entries from 13 setters. As usual there were some ingenious concoctions, e.g. mattrom's essay@28 (yes, I got the POTUS draining the swamp idea), and some that didn't quite click.

My honourable mentions are for chrise's succinct @2, buddy's@10 and 'is amusing cockney effort @17, jono's@5.

For me, however, the winner is bigbadmarty's@13 with its faultless components and smoothly appropriate definition:
