I have completed the grid, got the suggestion and the name of the suggester from the extra words. Can anybody give a hint about what
we are supposed to highlight in the grid.

It's not Quakerism, unfortunately.

If you google the message and the name of the suggester ...you will find 5,8,3 with a date ......look in your grid and you should see the 5,8,3 in a suitable shape...

Totally agree Kenhiggs. I had hoped that the shape would be the actual size of the object but I used an old one to check and the shape is larger.

That would have been a fab touch of icing on the gateau! 😁

I am thinking today 😉 that this is an excellent puzzle and Vismut should be commended for it.
