All done but once again, struggling to parse one clue.

Must be TUTTI.

8ac is ORBITAL and I guess that more than half of 8ac is “ITAL” possibly for Italian but that doesn’t really provide a definition for Tutti. What am I missing?

Tutti is Italian for all so that would be more than half.

I think there may be a mistake and the clue should have read “ more than 7”
