Can't turn my back on those boys for a minute!.....unlike Aristo to be coy, though....
I'm enjoying the clues so far. We may not have quantity but lots of crackers.
Can the authors, or someone else help to clarify FJ #5 and Paul #7?

Head or tail (7) (7)

(7) (7) is no typo. (7) is part of the clue.

I've just noticed you got to H and B before me.
They appeared here and there on the box, probably the good old days with Leonard Sachs, with musical whimsy - very English

Hi Fieryjack, they were never my cup of tea but my mum and dad liked them.
Typical English music hall drag acts.
