I wonder if someone could give me a hint for No.15. Alack! In prison by mistake - but you get pretty flowers! (8.5)

i had tried various anagrams - I'll try a bit harder now.
I went with the Rose answer for No1

Ladybee, it is an anagram, but quite difficult. See if you can pull out five letters for the last word to make a flower, then Anagram the letters that are left.

Just cannot think of an answer to no. 9..Refits plant..

The second word of the anagram is a colour, in the plural here
