12A Try D for German and the anagram result Bill as in bird.
20D You are looking for a Man. Chigwell and similar usually means S.E. but not here. Cast your mind about.

Totally stuck on bottom left hand corner of Shed. Any help gratefully received.

5d Def = channel; programme about hospital refers to a TV medical programme featuring George Clooney.
