It is a 2020 Annual.I got it very late November but I think the date is meant to be December 2020.If it is Dec 2020 the "V" is 3rd of last month or if November then "T". Neither " V " nor " T " helps with everyone gets a ring . Nov 3rd was election in USA

I think it just refers to last month of the year.
