I'm not the best judge of these things so apologies if my summation misses any all time classics, feel free to dissect my judgement below.
So many good clues, I didn’t know where to begin.
I enjoyed the variety of definitions both Christmas and other. Thanks Buddy for the video clip of Monty Python, haven’t seen that in a few years. Mattrom gave us a range of great clues with the word nose in, my favourite of those was @37.
Jono@6 retracted his entry and I understand why but enjoyed the topicality
Other clues I think came close to the top were ChrisE@3 Jono@9 and 30, Paul @20 and @29, dorrien @23, and Tyke@32 and @46.
Jimmygtal’s @33 is the sort of clue I am attracted to but wasn’t convinced by the definition.
So, in numerical order are my top 5.
Buddy @7
PaulH @14
MPRS @16
FJ @34
Paul@39
All could have won, but ultimately I think that MathProfessorRockStar’s @16 comes out on top.
Congratulations.
I hope you approve of your prize, as it is mathematical, and a fun game to play and win during a lockdown holiday.
