The clue for 5 down reads: Don't allow Doctor Love (4)

I have the answer which fits exactly but can anyone say why capitals for Doctor and Love?

The clue for 24 across reads: Like sea bed where horses run

Again I have an answer that fits all the clues except for "sea" which if my answer is correct is both extraneous and worse deliberately misleading unless I have completely got the answer wrong

Any comments will be appreciated on both sets of clues

24, The "sea bed" is a type of hammock.

Is the letter count 5?

My answer has 5 letters, rossim, and I’m pretty confident it’s right. Not that I’ve seen the puzzle!
