A lucky guess ;) my initial thought turned out to be correct

I've just worked it out, quite clever - the puzzle, not me!

can someone give a hint? or like necessary knowledge that might not be commonplace? i'm so stuck here it hurts lol

Cuttlerilla, I treated it as a crossword clue - and it's one where the whole clue supplies the answer.

PS In crossword clues, first or last letters are often significant....
