PeterM and ixion are still around. I know that bullfrog and francis are, sadly, no longer with us. Some other names I miss hearing from.

I've made no secret of my dislike of what I consider "write-in" clues and I also acknowledge not all my attempts at trying something different/innovative are "successful" (in hindsight) but as I'll be in the "hot seat" next week possibly worth bearing in mind.
