Surely FAST but can’t see why , it’s the not liable , please don’t tell me that it’s obvious !

Colour fast

Shipwreck, there were already two other threads on that crossword, so maybe your query would have been better on one of those? Norah, the site administrator, is encouraging people not to create multiple threads on the same puzzle. She posted a message, Duplicate Threads, the other day.

Malone , you are of course quite right but I was under the impression that a thread referred to particular clue and not to the whole puzzle. I’m sure that In the past I’ve seen many queries on different clues all posted separately . Maybe we need clarification.

I think it was the 'many queries on different clues all posted separately' that prompted Norah's 'Duplicate Threads' idea. We once had 16 threads on a Times Saturday crossword!

Norah's advisory thread seems to suggest keeping to one thread for a particular puzzle, if possible.

That’s fine Malone , will be aware in future as I find being able to ask is a great help when all there appears is a dead end.
