5A I think your S is wrong, it’s A followed by a homophone of a playwright

16d is HALF DONE, which if it were a clue would give DO , a party

Hi Jono! Yes, in 5A my S should be an E. Had thought of HALF DONE for 16D but couldn't parse it so thanks. My N in the 2nd word of 18A should have been an O so I've got that as well. Finished, phew! Thanks for your help.
