After last week's pleasant solve I'm finding this very tough.
Couple I think I've got but can't parse:
14a: It's not really a souvenir of the Parisian experience (4,2)
Looks like 'Deja vu'.
52a: City girl calling in medic (6)
Madrid? I can see 'md' for medic, but not how 'adri' works.

StrangelyBrown, 52 is Maid, girl, with Dr. medic inside (calling in).

I think 14 D just reflects the fact that Deja Vu is commonly thought of as a memory, a souvenir (call to mind), when it really means just a feeling of having done or seen something before.

Thanks, I can see 52 now but don't think 14 works at all, deju vu is not a souvenir.
