Chicken a little tough ?A?T?M
I have bantam, but can't see why. Help appreciated.

A Bantam is a chicken and also a term for a little tough guy, hard man etc.

BANTAMWEIGHT is a division in boxing? Not a very good clue if that's the answer.

They are little, of course.

A bantam is a fowl, and also a small combative soldier.

t-cross = tau cross
wasted = high

SB, a Wash Basin is a fitting, part of the fixtures and fittings in a house.
