A tweak to my 7 that I think "follows the rules" a little more closely:

"Stuck in the Middle With You" on the radio, leaving #1, dropping in position.

"You on the radio" better signals the soundalike for "U", I think.

position = stick is the definition as before.

Punishment for tearing the end off Post-It note? 5
