C*N*I*A*I*M CANNABILISM

4 Precious, with Pit, skin blemish/result of acne, inside.

13 Cannibalism, eating one's own species, so 'likes', people like....

Sonic Boom is Son, boy +OO, ducks+ICBM, missile (it's in Bradford's Crossword dictionary)

Thanks, kenhiggs. I didn't parse the clue when I did the puzzle, so it was good to do it later! I've since looked in Chambers, the intercontinental ballistic missile is there.
