There's no coupling in this pipe. (6,4)

The answer is INDIAN PIPE

The correct clue is

There's no coupling in this LINE.

Presumably it's because the pipe is shared and passed along the line.

I'm clumsy, yes the clue should say LINE, not 'pipe'.

Yes, this is the correct answer I'm sure. So much for googling the answer!
Your answer makes sense.
INDIAN PIPE is a type of plant , which made no sense.
