Nearly finished but am rather puzzled by a few. Could anyone explain:

48d one bounds area between two American cities
NYALA which I suppose bounds on occasion but not like a gazelle. Am I missing something?
15a revolutionary princess rises up behind
IN ARREARS I’m assuming is the answer but who is the princess?

Thanks Chrise. My memory of Bisley is that they made filing cabinets. Obviously couldn’t find a connection! Have heard of Rani now you mention it but couldn’t think of her.
