I'm really struggling with the bottom left corner! Any hints as to what 18d might be, as I'm sure that would get me going again?
I have two possible solutions in mind:
'What may follow' = a word to describe an addition to the end of a word or 'wind duo' = a twin-hulled sailing vessel?

Sorry... bottom RIGHT corner!

Macman, it's always good to give the clue - it helps those without a copy (and those of us who no longer have their copy!)

The answer to 18 D is simply a pop duo . Your 'wind duo' stuff is not not viable, due to the removal of a word....
