I'm afraid I don't know what OPC stands for.

However, without wanting to sound too critical, from my experience many puzzle books contain cryptic clues that don't stick to the conventional rules.
3 was good but there were no anagram indicators in the others.

Sorry, but it's no wonder you're finding them hard to solve.
