A couple of queries this morning.

I have C*O*D. Thinking along the lines of CLOUD but not sure how it works.

21d Fizz not over, over over? (5)

Must be TONIC (“not over” = “ton”) but I don’t get where the IC comes from.

Could CI be a hundred and one?

5 Cloud(ius) = put in an O for A, old for a. And it's part of, somewhat, the word.

Has to be UPSTART but the link to LAST is eluding me.

U can mean posh or upper- class.
Just a suggestion.

19a U = parvenu`s last and also the start of UP
