Can anyone help!
i am doing a quiz and really stuck on 4 questions.
The answers have to do with singers/bands. The clues are:

Sounds like 2 indians. One taking legal proceedings. (9,3)
She's troubled more often than Rhona. (4,2,3,5)
Watery grave for 1989 vehicles. (4,4)
Paint maker at its summit makes a fuss (5,7,6)

These are pretty obscure,

First one is Anna of the North

second one actually

First one is obviously 'something' Sue

Sioux City Sue . . an 'oldie'

I know that is 3 words but stranger things have happened at sea

Blackfoot Sue . . sounds a lot better

Is the 4th one Crown Heights Affair?
