Help parsing please. This last one is driving us mad.
21a Applying pressure, rough up characters in central Lisbon, finally.
Pretty sure it’s “sandblast”. But why? Realise we are missing something and it’s probably v obvious!

21a sb = central li (sb )on and roughed up (reversed) = dna last = finally

'characters in central Lisbon' are 'S and B' + LAST, finally
