I found two. Now just stuck in SW corner. 19d and 24a. A hint on either should help me get the other and put me out of my misery. Thanks.

Difficult to give subtle hints. The definitions in each case are at the beginning of the clues.

I take Phil10000 point on 22a. A bit lame when one can just google films from that year and then feel smart!

For 19d you need a herb minus it’s final letter then two starting letters from the clue.
For 24a it’s made up of 3 elements but not very well clued re the order.

Got them both. I was getting my gland wrong. Thanks to you both.

I also think it was more difficult today. With your help I’ve completed most but am stuck on 2d: poker face: not starting to turn green (8). E?o?r?a?

And can’t parse 9a, though I’ve found what I think it is in Chambers.

2d is an anagram to give a word I've never heard (though fairly obvious what it means)
9a is the neatest clue this week. Look closely at the clue.
