Managed, with help, to complete a crossword. Due to lockdown I’ve now got an iPad version of The Times, tried to submit the crossword........and I can’t fill in the email/name boxes Anyone know why?

I don't know about the Times, but currently the Guardian isn't accepting entries for their "Prize" crosswords.

I expect the The Times is the same....first time I’ve finished it in months!!
