Chris - re @29 : Half up = P and up = raise.
Not sure of @21 either
A note on the recently - debated ' indirect ' or ' ghost ' anagrams. Using ' Paris ' ( + e ) is fine, but using ' capital ' to mean Paris is an example of being indirect. It asks the solver to find a synonym and THEN the anagram ( we know the answer, of course, but would be very tricky in a puzzle )
