Last 5 needed, now at that sleepless night stage!! Any help appreciated.
sorry if someone else has already posted these, I have looked.

no.2 The problem sounds complete in a tree (8)
no.80. Bishop smuggled guerrillas arms (8)
no. 85 captivated by anagram but a nice tree bears fruit(8)
no.94 Woodland boundary of capital besieged by the enemy (10)
no.95Fencing for power and left a foot short (6)

Dark horse firstly you are using the wrong title of the quiz. If you try looking at other posts for "can you see the wood for the trees" you may find some help.

Don't forget that sometimes in puzzles, there are run ons as well as anagrams!

2- a problem that's like a tangle (4 letters) followed by a word that sounds like 'complete' = something you'd see in a floorboard.

80- B(ishop) + 'smuggled' = RAN (+ the usual revolutionary poster boy's)

85- the answer is inside the clue

94- capital of Germany is surrounded by TIME ('the enemy')

95 a unit of power + LE(ft) 'a foot (ft) short'
