22 Down ' "Busy learner entering school, perhaps"
I have PLOD as the answer ("L" inside of "POD"), but how does this equate to "busy"?

Plod and busy are names for policemen.

Many thanks, Rusty - I thought about PC Plod, but I've never heard "busy" applied to the police!
