Rusty. Thank you. I found causerie but the I is in the wrong place. What do you make 21D Again impose(a law, rule etc) (2-7)? I thought it is REINFORCE

Michael, are you 100% certain of your 'i' where it is? The definition of 'causerie' is virtually identical to the clue.

Michael, Chambers has 'inforce' same as 'enforce', and RE-ENFORCE, hyphenated.
