I've got [EST] + [I] but then I'm stumped.
Can anyone enlighten?

just an idea: estimate, as in "could you give me just an idea of how much it would cost?"

I'd got the bracketised definition, it was the dance with no pants that I couldn't see.
Unfortunately, it's not an expression that I know.
