I am fit and well and hope you both are too. Lovely and sunny for gardening today, but a very cold breeze

All well here too.
It is windy! I tried to take the dog out ealier, but when we turned to walk into it we both decided to turn back.

Maybe the second is Payed ? anagram Day and PE (exercise)

I'm well now. Been a tough few years. Had to take early retirement because I was diagnosed with cancer Feb 2017. Anyway, seems to be ok now, just watch, covid 19 will get me. Only joking.

And retirement, well I love it.
