Couple I can't parse:
19a. The right way round for fungus (3,3). Dry Rot fits the crossing letters.
22a. Obsolete old football team briefly dined with director (8). Outdated? Can't see where the football team comes into the answer.

19 is Tory Rd, right/tory +Road/way reversed to give Dry Rot!

22 Outdated, obsolete.

O = old
Utd = football team, United, briefly

Ate, dined
D - director. O ut d ate d.
