This one has been bugging me all day.

23A Photo class cancelled? Never mind (5,4)

I have S?I?L ?E?S

If that's correct, I'm guessing the first word may be STILL as in "Photo".

I've seen this answered as Still Less.

'still less' could fit in this sense

used to indicate that what has been said of one thing applies even more to another.
"he found it hard to think, never mind talk"

not sure about the rest of the parsing, though.
