24 Iambus, foot, poetry term. It's the 1 AM Bus, for passengers in the wee hours!

26 Gander, a bird and a good look/butcher's.

24a IAMBUS - I AM BUS

26a GANDER - BIrd and slang for look/gander (rhyming slang 'butcher's hook = look)

16 Farthing, old copper - I can't/didn't parse it.

16d FARTHING - Item = Thing + Removed = Far
