The solution to this crossword, printed in The Times today 25 Jan 2020
supplies the equivalent Russian letters N and R in the answer to 28 Across.
Agricola asks that 'the two personal names (DIANA and ARTEMIS) must be entered (wholly) in such a way that the foreign word at 28 (POCCNR) appears correctly'.
This has been shown in the solution However, it also displays the E in
ARTEMIS and the D in DIANA as reversed.
I assumed that only the word POCCNR should have N and R replaced.
Can someone explain the reasoning here? Perhaps the word 'wholly' indicates something of which I am unaware!
