Marca - I think we may agree it was a slightly ragged clue in IMHO an otherwise cheery puzzle. M

Not to me, either, Marca.
Glad to help, though!

My web pages seem to be in reverse order but I hope that I have not missed an earlier post. 12 across is my last unsolved. "One held on sofa perhaps right to express opinion". I have RE?O?E but cannot resolve the options available. Revoke and repose are possibilities but please advise if my given letters are incorrect. A hint greatly needed to lay this puzzle to rest

Triton, the definition is 'one held on the sofa perhaps', leading to a physical object. It's the usual Right and a five-letter word meaning to 'express opinion', though I think of it more as 'express feelings'.

I should have added that it's quite a colloquial/slang word!
