I still can't get on the site. Tried the shutdown and restart method but still no luck.

I don't know what to say jennifer. Both phone and PC are fine for me. I wonder if it is a conflict with certain internet security software on diferent devices.

I've cleared cache and cookies...:-((

These are the messages I get:-
"The DNS server isn't responding".

Then when I ask for info up comes
"your computer is trying to use a DNS server that is incorrect or doesn't exist"

Have been on AB for years without a problem until now!!!!

Have just tried again and now BACK ON

Still no joy for me. Have cleaned cache, run CCleaner umpteen times, done a system cleanup and, the obvious, off and on a few times.
Getting quite fed up now.
