You are probably right about Ferguson removing clothes if we score, a new meaning for the Everton strip. I am hoping we score a couple tomorrow night but will have to avert my eyes.

If this continues to the New Year, I suppose we will get Andy Stewart singing "Duncan, where's your troosers".

Please read Grungers message on PU which I agree with.

Thanks for your kind words. Good luck tonight - should be a good game with the Foxes - hope both sides put strong teams out.

Hoping stripping managers doesn`t catch on - I like Roy Hodgson at Palace but prefer to see him fully covered up!

Clue in today's Guardian you might like (though I imagine it would be heartedly disliked in some quarters!)

Poor first half but good second. Leicester were almost at full srength and we were, from what was available. Their penalties were better though. I believe Dunc was fully dressed!

Pleased Leighton Baines scored - just like the old days! No disgrace to lose on penalties against a Leicester side on top form recently.

Liked the football clue - I think `sport` related clues are fine unless they require specialist knowledge/terminology to solve them.

Yes great goal from Baines. The announcer had just said there were 4 mins extra - enormous roar - and Leighton dashed forward and smashed it. He has hardly played for a year but is still terrific. Pity he missed his penalty.

I liked the Bury clue. I was hoping to go there this season, but at least I got there for the East Lancs railway.

Early match tomorrow v Arsenal - mornings suit us so should be good. I heard Arteta is returning as manager - but I dont know which team!

Thanks, I enjoyed the football clue too - like Tyke said, they need to be straightforward as this was.

Will watch your game on tv in the pub tomorrow ... then going to see Donny home to Stanley Accrington - will be hoping we get a much needed win!
