Thanks. I thought of that but couldn't see why apart from All being complete.

A friend who also appears on this forum gave me this:

14d All-Red, a no longer used expression relating to British territories/colonies/Commonwealth from the colour used in some maps (in Chambers under all); all + red² again Chambers.
