I'd only vaguely heard of Patsy Cline, and never heard of "Crazy", but on Sky Arts @ 7 o'clock tonight is a programme called "When Patsy Cline was...Crazy. Co-incidence or what?]

As to my vote, I had a shortlist including mattrom @6, paul @24 and Tyke51 @11, but chose fieryjack @7.

Nice one Chris. This week's prize has no connection to clandestine to speak of, but it's a piece of pure anarchy from 1933 ( yes, 1933 ! ) which is still hilarious 86 years later
