1a Properly equipped fit lad fixed up, you might say. Has to be "well equipped" but I just can't parse
7d King opens shop cooking sea food. Must be plankton but again can't parse.
5d Immaculate dress as Spooner might say now. First word has to be "right" second word is "a?a?" . Have stared and stared but can't see it. Mind you I think I have solved about one clue involving spooner in the last ten years. Never can get it!

1a: I think it's well-prepared, but can't parse that either,
7d: plant = shop, as in factory on=cooking
5d: white array -> right away

Loubyloo, I detest Spooner clues - in this one I think the Spoonerism is White Array, immaculate dress. That should help you with your last two letters - 'Now' is the definition.

The first one is a part homophone I think.

Fit = Well

Fixed up = Pared (homophone of 'paired')

But can't parse 'Lad'
