Thanks Jazzy, I haven't bought my paper yet.
This might be of interest!

Italian musicologists have cracked a five century-old acoustic code to reveal that Christianity's largest baptistry is a musical instrument.
A computer analysis of the resonance inside the circular, marble structure at Pisa suggests that renaissance architects designed it to mimic the pipes of a church organ. The acoustics beneath the 75-metre cupola are so perfect that it must be either an incredible coincidence or the work of genius, scholars say.

Hi Rossim
I have read that article in today's Guardian and am astounded.
This week's Arrow Word already has a spelling error in one of the questions .

I found the info on google. How was the ordinary person supposed to know that?
Fascinating .....and as they say 'everyday's a school day'!

The puzzles are compiled weeks before print, and I doubt the setter is a psychic ;) The latest on the Baptistery was only published today, as far as I can tell. It is so fascinating and I would love to visit.

The online Guardian article I read was from 1st December 1999, not 1st December 2019, , so my error.

I think it's more likely that the setter had this in mind.

That is new to me rossim. But am still inclined to think it is an error.
My reasoning is that this has always been a very simple crossword with these previously seen questions :

had food = ate
green vegetable = pea
beverage = tea
rodent = rat

I have just checked my Collins Music Encyclopedia and 'Pisa ' is not shown.
In the alphabetical order, Pirro (Andre) is followed immediately by Pisendel (Johann)
Under the heading of 'Harpsichord' : Flugel,Kieltflugel,Klavicimbal,arpicordo,clavicembalo,
gravicembalo,cembalo

I think you're right, Jazzy.
It is only the Daily Mail after all!
