15a Your A is wrong.

Def. = Urbanite

3 letter word meaning 'strange' + a 2 letter contraction of ''Everyman' - all inside the extremes of B(las)E

10d Def. = Comic character (from a very popular sitcom of 80' and 90's))

Anag. of 'Dry tone' + synonym of rogue (Also it doesn't with an A)

Thanks very much for the walk through it would help if I checked my other answers before dashing to the forum.
I had 'cold snap' instead of 'cold sore' which I thought parsed though not brilliantly and then 'early hours' instead of 'small hours' which I admit I couldn't make parse. Must try harder.
