All done - not too bad this week I thought - except for two clues in the bottom left -
18ac: Testament very recently penned by setter, appropriate thing to say - I have -O-/--S-E
19d: Finds book: ditto --D-E-

Def. = Appropriate thing to say (it's a foreign term)

Testament = 2 letters followed by a word meaning 'very recently'

All inside a 2 letter word indicating the "setter"

19d is a double definition.

Book is a book from the Old Testament and is also a synonym for 'finds' (as in 'pronounces on')
