I'm stuck on two clues. 23d Declare girl's going to get cat (5), I've got O???E and 26ac Women notice group rejected measure (5), I've got O???E. Any thoughts, anybody?

No, letter pattern is now T?N?E but it is now obvious the answer is TONNE (part of clue in reverse). Thanks again, Andy
